2+ weeks of bleeding + clots anyone else?

My last period was July 21, and there’s no chance of pregnancy. Around Aug 12–14, I started having very light slimy brown/red discharge, around when I expected to ovulate. Since then it’s gradually become more bleeding and less discharge, but it’s still very light — one pad can last the whole day and it never becomes a normal period. I’m also getting small clots, ranging from tiny pieces to about dime/nickel-sized, sometimes dark brown/black and sometimes red. They can come out at different times of day, sometimes when I pee/bear down, and sometimes I get a small gush when I get out of bed. It’s been 2+ weeks now. Has anyone had something similar?
