i have my first gynecology appointment soon because I need a prescription for something to help with hormonal headaches that happen 2 days before my period every time. paracetamol and ibuprofen doesn't help at all. I've had these since i was maybe 13 (im 16 now). im not pregnant and was never pregnant, but im sexually active for about a year now.
