For starters i am a 19Fand only had 2 sexual partners my whole life and prior to December 2025 i had no major pain or complications aside from a couple of utis which ive had treated with antibiotics. I think its important i mention from october 2025 to april 2026 i was put on 50-100mg of spironolactone by a doctor.
