Ovarian Cyst ? With PCOS

Hi all, Does anyone with PCOS and also encountered ovarian cyst too ? can anyone described to me how does it feels like ? As I have currently having bad pressure pain on the right pelvic area and the hips to the back is aching . I have went to the ER to get it checked and scan but doctor said it doesn’t seems to have any serious issues (not appendicitis nor twisted cyst) but they’re referring me to the gynaecologist as the current Hospi doesn’t have an gynaecologist specialist.
