My yeast infection is not going away

My gynaecologist had put me on 10 days of albitro tablets and vaginal suppository, it reduced the infection a lil then i was suggested fluconazol oral tablets once a week for 4 weeks. So i take a tablet every sunday then i dont face any problem for next few days but on fridays and Saturdays the iching comes back. And now the tablets are also over and i am tired of going to the gynac again and again as the infection is not going away. What should i do?
