I know the color might look reddish in the picture because of the pink underwear but it looks brown in person. I just need help understanding if I should be concerned. I'm 25 and have never been to a gynaecologist (grew up in a conservative family) and as an adult I know I should now but I'm so scared and embarrassed. I have been seeing these brownish stains on my underwear. I don't know if it's a discharge or something else completely. I've always been worried about this and so I've always showered regularly and ever since I started getting concerned about this I shower multiple times a day just to stay clean but I feel so embarrassed to go to a professional for the stains and smell. I don't have a sex life because I'm too scared to get into anything because of this issue now. I don't know what to do. Also, I'm an international student in a different country so I don't know much about the health system here and the language is also a barrier.
