Itchy inner labia

I have had an itchy inner labia since I was 13 and now I'm 29 and still have it. A couple of months back this year I went to a gynaecologist and she prescribed clotrin cream, it does give temporary relief but it doesn't seem to be a permanent solution for the itch.
