I (23 female) know asking the internet will make my health anxiety so much worse, but I’m freaking out. That being said, I have an appointment with an OBGYN on Tuesday. Anyways, yesterday I was peeing and I felt like a blood clot come out of me. There was no pain and no heavy bleeding and then I found this thingy. For context, this thing happened once when I took birth control continuously and I have taken it a little inconsistently the past two months or so. The texture was kinda fleshy but I poked a hole through it with some ease. And there has been no pain or heavy bleeding leading up to or prior. This is also the first day of my period. I don’t know why but I’m worried I have like silent endometriosis or I’m like infertile. Definitely jumping to a catastrophic conclusion but yeah.
