Menorrhagia for over a year

Hello all. I have been dealing with this for over one year. I bleed anywhere between 3-4 weeks out of the month. Doctors have ruled out, as per examination: endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, fibroids. I live in the U.K., and because the GP can’t find the reason, I’ve been left to deal with the bleeding myself. This can caused me to faint quite a lot. However I’m going to the GP tomorrow to advocate for myself. However, the question is, what do you think could be happening to my body, so I can pass the suggestions to my doctor.
