Just passed a large dark brown blood clot

Early thirties, 9 days since last period. Just passed a long, brown clot at least three inches long, but maybe only half an inch wide. Concerned about how big it was. Should I see my gynecologist? A ct found a fibroid on my uterus a few months ago. Also suspicious of endometriosis. Not much that can be done. Should I worry about the size of this clot?
