I was under the impression that white cooking wine was safe if you cook it in meals so I've used it a couple times during pregnancy. I recently read that no amount is safe for baby and now I am terrified. I am also afraid I didnt cook it long enough for it to cook out much and I am most worried about fetal alcohol syndrome....but also testing positive for alcohol in drug test at birth. I don't do any drugs and I am not a drinker at all. Just used Hollands white cooking wine in meals for flavor and my family and friends always told me it cooks out.
