Ovulation bleeding or something else?

32 year old Female. I ended my period July 4th so I believe I’m ovulating now. I will usually get that brown and sometimes a bit of red spotting discharge a week or two after my period ends but it goes away within a few days. This time I’ve been having it for almost a full week and I’ve noticed the brown/red discharge come out especially after pooping. I will wipe and the brown and red discharge/blood is there (pictures attached). Does this happen to anyone else or is there something wrong with me? I have a Gynecologist appt in October (earliest I could get) to discuss PMDD since I’m 100% sure I have it and to discuss pre pregnancy planning. I scheduled this before I noticed this discharge so I’m getting worried and nervous because of this.
