Pink pee & discharge help

This morning I (18F) woke up, went to pee and noticed a slightly pink coloured urine and discharge. I'm on the pill so I'm negative this could be anything pregnancy related. I am also on Wellbutrin bupropion, which can make me prone to dehydration and I also often forget to drink water. I'm very anxious on what this is because I've never had anything like this before. I just had a sharp pain in my lower abdomen, but I farted and it went away LOL. I have no other aches, no fever, but I have been feeling a bit 'dizzy' or rather depersonalized the past few days. I am eating regularly, have a healthy weight and exercise every other day.
