20F, I am going to the gynecologist for the first time to get an ultrasound and i’m really scared (long term period issues). i don’t feel comfortable at all with the idea of someone down there, especially if it might be painful and i’m just really scared. i have had sex before with only one person, and i own dildos and such but i’m just super nervous because im scared it will hurt really bad. they might be able to do an abdominal ultrasound, but they might have to do a Transvaginal. also, im just really embarrassed and nervous for the fact bc what if they judge me on what i look like down there? i mean, i have dark spots between my thighs and everything, so im super embarrassed and self concious. i am going to a woman, also. also, does getting a transvaginal ultrasound hurt? or a pap? or even the abdominal??? submitted by /u/Conscious_Tea3682 [link] [comments]
