Posterior colporrhaphy and perineorrhaphy recovery

Does anyone know of a recovery journal, blog, or photo diary that shows the different stages of healing after surgery? I'm 6 days post-op, and while I can find plenty of before-and-after photos, I can't seem to find any images showing what the healing process looks like in between! I'd love to see how other patients looked as they recovered, both to know what to expect and for a bit of reassurance. I've got a small lump along one of my stitches. It's like a hard pea and I thought it could be a bad stitch and a future skin tag, Google and my virtual doctor both say it's a normal part of healing, but I'd find it comforting to see real-life recovery photos from people who've been through the same thing. submitted by /u/Present-Shopping-657 [link] [comments]
