To make a long story shorter, I (21 f) had some pretty intense sex with my boyfriend. (I am on Nexplanon for additional context). I know during sex he does hit my cervix pretty hard and this time it was a little more rough than usual but nothing unbearable. About two minutes after we were done I got the intense cramp on my right side right in the ovary area, followed with extreme nausea and cold sweats from the pain. It felt like someone was pouring super hot, nearly boiling water on my right ovary. After about 10 minutes it completely went away for the most part and I was fine. Since then I’ve had some sourness in the area and mild, mild cramping. I don’t know if this is a weird nexplanon thing or what but it scared the hell out of me and I don’t see why I’m still sore 3/4 days later.
