Am I developing preeclampsia?

Deleted and reposted due to full name and hospital location being in the photo. 35w pregnant and I had a weird day on Thursday so I went to the ER. I was off work and not doing much at home, and all of a sudden my feet swelled up so badly that it was painful to take a step and put weight on them. I had a mild headache paired with dizziness, and I had this weird hot flash all over my body that made me feel like I was spiking a fever (I wasn't, but that's the best way to describe it). I took a nap and that helped a little but I still felt very weird and I did not experience this with 2 other pregnancies so I went to get checked at L&D. When they took my blood they saw elevated liver enzymes and admitted me. They did a full preeclampsia workup on me and had me do the 24 hour urine test. They did end up sending me home Friday evening before the 24 hours were up and allowing me to finish the urine test from home, I just had to bring my sample back Saturday morning and have repeat labs. My results were pretty much the same and I had high (see photos of labs) protein in my urine and they said "everything looks great, you're good to go!" I'm just confused because there was no significant change in my labs, it was enough to admit me to the hospital, but then all of a sudden it's fine and I'm okay to go? Just looking for some clarity and what it means because I don't feel like I got a very good explanation of what is going on. Am I developing preeclampsia and need to be careful or are these normal readings for pregnancy? I'm still just feeling very off so I wanted to know what to expect submitted by /u/Away-Whereas7748 [link] [comments]
