Borderline Tumor

I dont know if this is the right place to post but PLS HELP. I had a serous borderline tumor removed from my left ovary in March. I went to the er 2 days ago and turns out I have diverticulitis and a new mass on my remaining ovary. These are my new results --> Right ovary: 5.9 cm x 2.6 cm x 3.2 cm. 3.6 cm complex cystic right ovarian mass with polypoid solid components with internal blood flow. Normal arterial and venous waveforms. The doctor called and said I have to rush fertility sparing surgery and deciding what to do about surgery now and am scared about what is happening. Has anyone had a recurrence rate so soon after surgery.
