15 weeks, light spotting, yeast infection

Hello All. Im reaching out to hopefully hear some success stories on spotting at around 15 weeks. Im a FTM, first pregnancy, and this has been such a roller coaster of terror. I’ve been treating a yeast infection for the past two days with Monistat 7, at night time. Yesterday I was leaking watery discharge all day, soaking through my underwear. I couldn’t tell if it was the Monistat liquified or if it was amniotic fluid. I went to the ER, they did an US & an amniotic protein swab. The US showed a normal amount of fluid surrounding the baby, and the protein test tested negative. I read online that Monistat usage can cause false negatives, even though they told me it wouldn’t affect it. This morning I woke up and a few wipes had pink spotting on it. I messaged my OBGYN, and she said to not worry unless the bleeding gets heavy. But I’m still terrified. Has anyone else experienced this before?
