Does this sound like endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, adenomyosis, or something else? I’m at a loss.

Hi everyone, I’m 26 and have been trying to figure out what’s causing my pelvic pain for a while. My gynecologist has mentioned the possibility of endometriosis before, but I haven’t been diagnosed. I also have PCOS, but I’m not sure that explains everything I’m experiencing. I’m hoping to hear from people who have experienced something similar. These are my symptoms: Extremely painful periods that sometimes make it hard to function. Very heavy periods (I soak through a pad or tampon about every 2 hours for the first 3 days and pass large blood clots). Pain with ovulation. Chronic pelvic pain even when I’m not on my period. Deep pelvic pressure that sometimes feels like my organs are being pulled downward or through my vagina. Random rectal pain (“butt lightning”) and pelvic pain. Pain with bowel movements during my cycle. Lower back pain that often comes with my pelvic pain. Pain during and after sex. Occasionally I get aching pain that radiates into my legs around my cycle. It feels like my vagina is being ripped out through a tampon or like someone hit me deep inside. Pain that’s radiating into my lower abdomen and what feels like my ovaries. I don’t have a fever, unusual discharge, or heavy bleeding. I’m wondering: Has anyone with confirmed endometriosis experienced this kind of pain after sex? Does this sound more like pelvic floor dysfunction, adenomyosis, an ovarian cyst, or something else? Did anyone have deep vaginal soreness and one-sided ovary pain after sex as one of their symptoms? If you have both PCOS and endometriosis, how did you know something more than PCOS was going on? What finally led to your diagnosis? I know Reddit can’t diagnose me, a
