Ovarian cyst (rupture?) or something else contributing

4 days ago my lower left abdomen starting hurting really bad it was constant pain and mostly sharp with short bouts of extreme sharp pain.. I went to urgent care already got ct and transvaginal ultrasound they found a cyst on my ovary which I already knew I had, along with some fluid… they still can’t give me a straight answer on if a different cyst burst and that’s why I’m in pain or not.. 3 days later I went to the er in the middle of the night cause the pain was still there and kind of radiating to different areas kind of like gas pain, the er looked at my results and said the same thing but also ruled out appendicitis, got fluids and pain meds and told me to come back if it doesn’t get better or gets worse…even though he said we pretty much did everything to rule serious conditions out since we did the CT and transvaginal ultrasound, urine and blood…so I’m not sure what they would even do for more testing if I were to go back… well now it’s day 4 and now I’m constipated as well as still having the same pains, seems more achy now though.. ***FYI: Not near my period/ovulation and not pregnant*** **question is: has anyone experienced ruptured ovarian cysts and do my symptoms sound as such? How did they definitively diagnose it? And Did you also have the same pain for several days after ??** *\*\* I also have a follow up appointment tomorrow with my primary dr.
